“I awakened you to see my warning. This is a sign to my people. The sun will turn to darkness, and the moon will turn to blood before the great and terrible day of the LORD arrives. However, whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be delivered. Deliverance will occur in Mount Zion and Jerusalem, as the LORD has promised, and among the remnant whom the LORD calls.”
-Joel 2:31-32
In the darkness, the moon illuminates our world, shining just enough to reveal the gifts God has given us. As the jewel of the night, it allows the nocturnal to thrive. However, this same moon also serves as a warning from the LORD, indicating that time on earth is temporary for the unbeliever.
When the moon changes hues, mimicking. The blood that courses through our veins for sustenance and life, it inaugurates the beginning of the end. In Christianity, the blood moon is a sign of the end of times, originating in the Book of Joel. The prophecy repeats during Pentecost Day, as stated in Acts through Peter.
“The sun will turn to darkness, and the moon will turn to blood before the great and glorious day of the Lord arrives.”
-Acts 2:20
Moreover, the blood moon has also been prophesied in the Book of Revelations:
“I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair; the whole moon turned blood red,”
Revelation 6:12
According to Strong’s Concordance, the term ‘blood’ signifies ‘death’ or ‘blood shed by violence.’ This may therefore serve as a precursor or shadow, pointing to the coming great and terrible day of the Lord.”
This revision maintains the original meaning while improving the flow for better readability.
The blood moon events are not merely a phenomenon to admire; they serve as a warning that the great and terrible Day of the Lord is approaching. We must repent from our sins to avoid the travesties mentioned in the Book of Revelations.

There was an apparent spiritual attempt to bring her down mentally and physically. Disrupting the plans the Lord would have for her and thwarting. The warning God would give her for His people at the appointed time.
